Looking to fill Scullery volunteers
Post members, please consider filling one spot every 2 to 3 months to help our Auxiliary during fish fry. The scullery workers no longer do the end of night kitchen cleanup – this is done by the paid kitchen staff. Scullery workers please arrive by 515pm and anticipate to be finished between 8 and 830pm. You will only be responsible to wash the plates and silverware used by the customers. You might be able to help the cooks by presoaking their pans in soapy water.
